These sliders come from the Foundation website. I have adapted them for SD3. The width, height and colours can all be changed in the styling pane. If you want to change the initial value (where the blue handle appears), look up the container with the class name 'slider' and check the attribute 'Data initial start'. You can set the number to fit your needs.
To make components, select the one you want of these containers: 'horizontal-slider', 'vertical-slider' or 'with-numbers'.
